The terminal is adapted to attend to handicapped people and has:
- 3 adapted restrooms, being 1 feminine and 2 masculine, situated on the upper floor;
- 1 access ramp in the Av. Cruzeiro do Sul;
- 1 access ramp to the loading and unloading parking;
- 9 elevators, being 4 in the Av. Cruzeiro do Sul, 2 in the mezzanine floor – North embarkation side;
- 2 on the mezzanine floor - South embarkation side and 1 on the mezzanine floor – North and Northeast embarkation sides;
- 2 accessible ATMs (Bradesco and Itaú banks);
- 2 accessible Public Telephones (deaf/dumb);
- 5 wheelchairs, being 1 for the obese;
- 8 exclusive spaces in the parking areas, being 3 in Av. Cruzeiro do Sul and 5 in the Garage Building;
- Absence of steps on the mezzanine floor (including at the entrances to shops).

Charger for mobile phones and Notebooks
Free service for charging mobile phones or laptops. Uses 110 V.
There are three devices, installed in strategic locations of the bus terminal. The first Is installed at the side of the Information Desk on the upper floor . The other is Installed on the ground floor, to the side of the disembarkation Information Desk, and the third on the mezzanine close to the waiting wing.

The Tietê Terminal has nine elevators (including one for the handicapped); 6 escalators; 44 clocks in the public area; 120 Public Telephones; 15 drinking fountains and 938 seats for waiting.

Judge of Minors
THERE IS NO ATTENDANCE POST AT THE TERMINAL. CONSULT THE LIST OF FORUMS BELOW.
Children under 12 years, that are not accompanied by the mother, father, grandparents, uncles or brothers older than 21 years, need authorization from the Judge of Minors to travel.
Children older than 12 years, duly documented, may travel normally.
The Judge of Minors that functioned within the terminal was closed by judicial order no 626/01.STN. Interested parties should search for the forum closest to their residence to get authorization for the minors to travel. In following is a list of the Forums for the city of São Paulo:

Lost and Found
Hours of attendance: from 08:00 to 17:30.
Functions at the Information desk, on the upper floor , from Monday to Friday. All objects found are listed and kept for 60 days. After this period, the documents are sent to the issuing organs and the rest is forwarded to charity institutions.

Parking
The Tietê Bus Terminal as at the disposition of their users two parking buildings, With a total of 952 spaces. One is situated at Av. Cruzeiro do Sul (372 spaces) and the other, At Rua Maria Prestes Maia, with an entrance by the Marginal Tietê (580 spaces). The parking is administrated by Términi Parking. Tel: 55 (11) 2221-0233.

Vaccination post
There is a Travelers Sickbay unit functioning within the bus terminal, with attendance to the public from 08:00 to 22:00, daily, every day. Participates in all the infant vaccination campaigns and against flu for pensioners, as well as offering the regular vaccination service free of charge against:

- Dupla Adulto: Diptheria and Tetanus
- Tríplice Viral: Rubéola - Sarampo - Cachumba.
